# Exporting time-sheet hours from TimeDock into MYOB Business

Before exporting to MYOB Business first make sure that the _Payroll ID_ for each of your employees in TimeDock match each employee _Card ID_ within MYOB.

## Export timesheet file from TimeDock

1. Login to your TimeDock account and navigate to _Export_.
2. Choose _MYOB Business_ from the list of export formats.
3. Select your timesheet date range by modifying the _From_ and _To_ filters. You can also choose a different rounding option or filter the exported timesheets by a specific department.
4. Enter the code for your default _Payroll Category_ that you have set up in your MYOB account.
5. Choose a source to map to _Job_ within MYOB.
6. Choose if you want to create automatic break deductions by changing the settings in the _Break Deductions_ box.
7. Click _Download File_ to save the timesheet file to your computer.

## Import timesheet file into MYOB Business

1. Login to your MYOB account.
2. Click on the _settings_ menu and choose _Import and export data_.
3. On the _Import_ tab, for the _Data type_ choose _Timesheets_.
4. Click _Browse_ and select the .txt file you downloaded from TimeDock.
5. At the _Match employees using_ field, choose _Company name or last name_.
6. Click _Import._
